Refund policy

Care plans

• Care plans are month to month. Cancel any time by email.
• Billing stops at the end of the month you already paid for. The service keeps running until then.
• We do not refund a month that has already been paid, in full or in part.
• When you cancel, we send you a full backup of your site.

Hacked site repair

• You pay the flat price before we start work.
• If we cannot clean the site, we refund the full repair price.
• If the same infection comes back within 30 days, we clean it again for free, as our warranty.

Google warning add-on

The $29 add-on covers sending the review to Google and following up. Google makes the final call, and we keep following up at no extra cost until the warning clears.

Quoted work

For quoted jobs, such as speed work or a migration, the quote says what you get. If we cannot deliver part of it, you do not pay for that part.

Billing mistakes

If you are charged twice or charged by mistake, we refund the full amount.
